Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly.

**Shipping Methods:**

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited services. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your location.

**Shipping Costs:**

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase at checkout.

**Tracking Your Order:**

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email/text with tracking information will be sent to you. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

**Return and Exchange Policy**

**Returns:**

- We at Action Packed Collectibles, do not offer any returns for any reason what so ever. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

**Exchanges:**

- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with an unpacking video (required) and will be required to ship the product to us at:

- We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost after receiving the defective item at our warehouse. We may take up to 7 days to review the return.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Refunds:**

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days only in case of receiving a damaged product (claimed with an unpacking video)

- Refunds will be only be issued in case of non availability of the product.
